Xintong (Tom) Zhao graduated with honors in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University (USA), with minors in Economics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. He earned his master's degree in Systems Engineering from Cornell University (USA), where he participated in a research project funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). Currently, he is the investment partner at Liuheqiao Venture Capital's LiheLinzhuo (利和临卓）Fund, with extensive experience in technology company investment and management. He focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship in high-end manufacturing, new energy, advanced materials, and the digital economy. His investment portfolio includes companies like Pingpong, Langxun Technology(朗迅科技）, Xuzhishi Technology（虚之实科技）, Jieneng Keshi（杰能科世）, Chaorong Technology（超熔科技）, and Taofeilun New Materials（陶飞仑新材料）.
