HKUST-GBA Learning Trip 香港科技大學 - 躍創大灣區青年創業考察交流團

為響應國家對香港及大灣區雙創政策的號召，香港科技大學創業中心現推出「香港科技大學 - 躍創大灣區青年創業考察交流團」，是此活動主要推動、鼓勵和支持本校之有志創業的科大青年，包括師生、校友和教職員等，探索內地與香港的創業機遇，了解大灣區雙創發展、啟發創新點子及文化交流。​

參加對象：有志創業及了解大灣區市場的香港科技大學成員（學生、教職員及校友）
參加費用：全免，申請成功的參加者需繳交押金 500港元，完成整個行程後可獲退還。
注意事項：有興趣的參加者在申請時必須持有有效的旅行證件，並且該證件在出發當天必須至少還有一個月的有效期限。

In response to the national call for innovation and entrepreneurship policies in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, HKUST Entrepreneurship Center is launching the "HKUST-GBA Learning Trip". A 1-day learning trip aims to promote, encourage and support our aspiring young HKUST entrepreneurs, including students, alumni and staff, in exploring entrepreneurial opportunities between mainland China and Hong Kong. Participants will gain insights into the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Greater Bay Area, inspire innovative ideas and foster cultural exchange.

Time：08:00 - 18:00 (TBC)
Venue：Shenzhen
Language : Mandarin
Target participants: HKUST members (students, faculty and alumni) who are interested in entrepreneurship and GBA market
Participation fee : FREE, successful applicants are required to pay HKD500 (refundable) deposit at the time of acceptance. It will be returned upon successfully completion of the day trip.
Remarks: Interested participants must hold a valid travel document at the time of application, and the document must have at least one month of validity remaining on the day of departure.

Friendly reminder:

1. Participants must follow the instructions of the organizer and attend all scheduled itineraries and activities. Participants must be punctual and polite on all occasions. They must also comply with relevant arrangements and are not allowed to leave the group without permission. 
   參加者必須遵照大會指示，出席一切安排之行程及活動，所有場合必須守時、守禮；並遵守有關安排，不得私自離團。
    
2. Participants must attend the pre-trip briefing on 22 Apr 2025 from 15:00-16:00. 
   參加者須出席2025年4月22日 15:00-16:00 的團前簡介會。 
    
3. Participants must enter/exit Hong Kong, China and other places with the group from Apr 28 2025, and are not allowed to leave early and quit midway. 
   參加者必須在2025年4月28日隨團進出香港，中國等地方，不得提早出發、中途退出或延期逗留。
    
4. If a participant withdraws due to personal reasons, the deposit paid will not be refunded. Participants must attend the pre-trip briefing, learning trip, and other related activities and submit activity reports on time before the deposit of HK$500 will be refunded. 
   參加者如因個人理由退出，所繳之按金將不獲發還。參加者必須出席團前簡介會、考察團、其他相關活動及按時提交活動報告，方可退回按金港幣$500元正。
    
5. The medium of instruction including sharing by speakers, presentation materials will be mainly in Mandarin and Chinese. No translation service will be arranged. Thank you for your understanding. 
   主要的交流語言，包括演講者的分享和演講材料，將主要使用普通話和中文。敬請原諒。
