Info Session of The 8th Hong Kong University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition on 3 March 2022

A well-known innovation and entrepreneurship competition that you should not miss! A chance to represent Hong Kong & HKUST for the National Challenge Cup (挑戰盃) To turn your innovative ideas into reality and enrich your global outlook and project exposure, Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centre and HKUST (one of the co-organizers) would like to invite you to join the 8th Hong Kong University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.  

In this 8th annual competition, the winning innovation projects will continue to represent Hong Kong & HKUST to join the “Challenge Cup”; while the winning entrepreneurship projects will enter "Internet + " Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.  

To get more details and well preparedness for the competition, you are cordially invited to the Info Session on 3 March to exchange with the organizer and 2 HKUST winning teams of last year.

- Get more understanding on the competition details, requirement, tips and potential benefits of joining this competition

- Acquire tips and experience from the HKUST winning teams of last year 

-Get advice and exchange ideas with the organizer directly

Tips & Advice from HKUST Winning Teams |They are ALL HKUST students of the 7th Hong Kong University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition: Miss Ka Yan FUNG | Gabi Education Key Message: This is a large-scale competition. All Hong Kong University students can join. Therefore, we think this is a golden opportunity to reach startups from other institutions and see if it’s possible to cooperate and learn from each other to improve our abilities. Mr. Mike FUNG | Intelligent Design Technology Limited   Key Message: Try to display the actual products and sales records in the competition.  We accumulated a certain amount of competition experience and have a set of presentation slides. We can adjust the content of the presentation to meet the requirements of the competition. Mr. Kyle WONG | PanopticAI Limited   Key Message: If your startup is at an early stage, it's good to apply to this competition which will push you to do homework. And you will find that your presentation and product will be better after joining each competition/program. All content can be reused while pitching with potential clients or applying funding applications.
