  • what are the essential competencies and attitudes of entrepreneurship, and how graduates could equip themselves in a positive and agile mindset despite the challenges they may face – by our associate director of Esquel Ventures Group
  • how amazing are the journeys in Esquel Summer Internship and Esquel Management Trainee Program – by 2020 and 2021 Esquel MTs
  • brief introduction and application method of Esquel Management Trainee Program and Summer Internship 2022


Event Objectives:
Esquel is a company growing from one of the largest shirtmaker in the world to a group of diversified businesses. From our experiences in exploring new venture opportunities, we would like to share with students the essential competencies and attitudes of a leader/an entrepreneurship should have, in order to lead them succeed in future careers.
At the same time, we would like to introduce our MT and Summer Internship program, in which they could widen their horizons within our global presence and diversified businesses, enrich their experiences in our tailor-made program and enjoy fast-track career development opportunities in our talent pipeline.  

Event Content:

1. Speaker Sharing Jacky Yuen
(Associate Director, Esquel Ventures Group)		 Esquel Ventures is a hub of industry knowledge and technologies for innovative growth, incubating creative solutions in new businesses and investing in emerging technologies. 
 
Jacky, as an associate director of Esquel Ventures, he will share what are the essential competencies and attitudes of an entrepreneurship, and how graduates could equip themselves in a positive and agile mindset despite the challenges they may face (eg. increasing unemployment rate after pandemic), in order to get ready for the sun after the storm.
