I co-founded PhoMedics Limited, an innovative medtech startup from my collaboration as a dedicated research student alongside Prof. Terence Wong. This venture is the product of a shared vision and the hard work of a group of colleagues who have become teammates and friends within the laboratory environment where we were all mentored by Terence. My journey to entrepreneurship was fueled by a deep-seated passion for translating high-impact research into market-ready solutions. I desire to see disruptive technologies emerge from the lab and make a tangible difference. I am strongly interested in spearheading medical breakthroughs, particularly those that bridge the gap between cutting-edge imaging techniques and novel therapeutic approaches. My work revolves around pioneering fields such as histological imaging, ultrasound, photoacoustic imaging, developing new contrast agents, and exploring photo-responsive therapeutics. I am committed to pushing the boundaries of medical science to improve patient care and outcomes.
