With over 20 years of experience in the digital health industry, Albert has dedicated his career to empowering self-care and community care with technology. His flagship product, TeamCare, is a SaaS-based Personal Care Plan (PCP), Case Management, and Point of Care (POC) system that has been transformed from the bedside nursing care plan used in hospital settings. Additionally, Albert has developed PharmCare, an integrated community pharmacy solution with SaaS, API, and APP components. Albert's commitment to healthcare technology extends beyond his work in product development. He is also a co-founder of HKGoodPost, a platform for SDG and Social Innovation blogging, and has initiated the Creative Commons Project in Drug Icon to enhance medication understanding for the elderly, carers, and ethnic minorities. Albert holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is also a part-time lecturer at HKU Space and a visiting lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in entrepreneurship education.
