Job Description/Requirement

Scope

  • Work closely with customers on identifying customers’ needs to be successful in their online business journey.
  • Make good use of oBuddy’s software and services to optimize their business goals. Also required to prepare all customers/features updates, product tours, blogs, etc.

Requirements

  • Familiar with content writings
  • Passionate about connecting with customers and building customers' relationship
  • Familiar with tools like SendGrid, Intercom, Wordpress
  • Able to work independently - Able to learn new skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

Working Hours

20hrs/week

 

Salary

2000 to 2500 (Project-based, additional rewards can be offered)
