Job Description
- Develop overall digital marketing and content strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Plan, execute and track digital marketing projects including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Manage the internal team and external agencies/vendors to drive website traffic, lead acquisition and improve conversion.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to gather content and high-quality assets that can be relayed online (including our global distributors and media partners).
- Close co-operation with in-house designers, content specialists, and external producers. To create and deliver high-standard content, such as visuals, copy, videos, webpages, and other necessary marketing collaterals within budgets and deadlines.
- Monitor and listen actively on Social Community to analyze engagement, reach, comments, and sentiment.
- Develop tracking and monitoring system to ensure KPIs are achieving targets, conduct analysis, and learn from data and reports.
- Review new technologies, platforms, and approaches and be at the forefront of trends in digital marketing.
- Design service details and negotiate contracts with varied vendors, media partners, agencies, and influencers and monitor their deliverables and effectiveness throughout.
- Perform as an HK marketing team leader and report to Marketing Director.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Translation, PR, or other relevant discipline(s).
- 5 years or above of solid experience in the digital marketing field preferably in digital planning/ content marketing, with a minimum of 2 years at the managerial level.
- Capability to proofread the content produced by the specialist and all the content to be published in the Company's social media accounts.
- Experience managing external digital media agencies, content contributors, and IT vendors is preferred.
- Track record in managing social media community and curating engagement campaigns, particularly Facebook groups engaging a worldwide audience.
- Experience in partnering with external influencers/ KOLs remotely (such as in the US and Europe).
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and present ideas to executives and manage expectations of stakeholders.
- Creative, self-motivated, and strong team spirit with a customer-center mindset.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Willing to have PRC business trips occasionally.
- Potential talent with less experience would be considered as Digital Marketing and Planning Specialist.
- Knowledge of media tracking implementation, such as Hootsuite.
- Interest in technological development and sustainable energy.
- Passionate boating/ sailing/ marine industry.
