Job Description

Opportunity to join a fast growing company involved in Fintech and entertainment. This role supports the work of the Chief Executive Office. He/she provides best-in-class executive support which involves a wide variety of duties that are critical to ensuring smooth and seamless business processes and ultimately facilitates CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.

  • Assist the CEO of Lumiere Project for day to day office support.
  • Agenda coordination of senior management team meetings, special working groups, partners and clients, minutes taking, reports writing and compilation, presentation materials preparation, composing and preparing correspondence.
  • Conduct special projects and researches for the CEO.
  • Manage complex calendar and travel arrangements. Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings and complete expense reports.
  • Maintain executive files and Outlook contacts.
  • Occasional posting and management of company updates on social platforms, such as: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc.
  • Entry level task to prepare accounts for Singapore and Hong Kong audits.
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
  • Support the progress and liaise with local partners such as Cyberport incubation programme and InvestHK.  
  • Involvement in the planning of audiovisual material.
  • Knowledge of and/or interest in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs would be welcome.

 

Skills Required:

Hard Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree: Preferably in Business.
  • Expert level in written and verbal communication skills (English/Chinese – Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office -- Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe Acrobat
  • Well-organised, impeccable time-management skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and results-driven.
  • Social Media presence and experience.
  • Accounting knowledge would be a plus.

  • Problem solver who demonstrates initiative.
  • Knows how to prioritise his/her workload.
  • A passion for cinema, arts and / or entertainment would be a plus.

 

Working hours

Part-time to 35 hours per week (negotiable) changing into full time after 6 months probationary period.

 

Salary/ Package

  • Based in Hong Kong.
  • HK$15,000 to HK$18,000 per month depending on experience and availability.
  • Part-time to 35 hours per week (negotiable) changing into full time after 6 months probationary period.
