How to start a startup?

Mentor Sam Lee: Student should bear in mind that having good team, good execution and good team work are the key to make your startup success. Good team means that they are willing to suffer from something such as no salary, wake up so early at the beginning. I coached many teams before. They only have good idea but without execution. Therefore, just do it (good execution) is important. Good team work, teammates should distribute team work base on their strength.
