HKUST-GBA Learning Trip 香港科技大學 - 躍創大灣區青年創業考察交流團 (深圳、東莞、佛山 Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan)

為響應國家對香港及大灣區雙創政策的號召，香港科技大學創業中心現推出「香港科技大學 - 躍創大灣區青年創業考察交流團 (深圳、東莞、佛山 )」，是此活動主要推動、鼓勵和支持本校之有志創業的科大青年，包括師生、校友和教職員等，探索中國內地與香港的創業機遇，了解大灣區雙創發展、啟發創新點子及文化交流。​

日期：2026年11月26至27日
時間：07:30 - 19:00 （暫定）
地點：深圳、東莞、佛山
語言 : 普通話
參加對象：18-39歲 持香港身分證 及 有志創業及了解大灣區市場的香港科技大學成員（學生、教職員及校友）
參加費用：全免，申請成功的參加者需繳交押金500港元，完成整個行程及遞交報告後可獲退還。
注意事項：有興趣的參加者在申請時必須持有有效的旅行證件，並且該證件在出發當天必須至少還有一個月的有效期限。

In response to the national call for innovation and entrepreneurship policies in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, HKUST Entrepreneurship Center is launching the "HKUST-GBA Learning Trip". A 2-days learning trip aims to promote, encourage and support our aspiring young HKUST entrepreneurs, including students, alumni and staff, in exploring entrepreneurial opportunities between Mainland and Hong Kong. Participants will gain insights into the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Greater Bay Area, inspire innovative ideas and foster cultural exchange.

Date: 26-27 Nov 2026 
Time：07:30 - 19:00 (TBC)
Venue：Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan
Language : Mandarin
Target participants: aged between 18-39 HKUST members (students, faculty and alumni) with HKID Card and are interested in entrepreneurship and GBA market
Participation fee: FREE, successful applicants are required to pay HKD500 (refundable) deposit at the time of acceptance. It will be returned upon successfully completion of the whole trip and report submission.
Remarks: Interested participants must hold a valid travel document at the time of application, and the document must have at least one month of validity remaining on the day of departure.

Pre-trip Online Briefing will be held on 17 Nov 15:00 - 15:30 for successful participants only.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants must follow the instructions of the organizer and attend all scheduled itineraries and activities. Participants must be punctual and polite on all occasions. They must also comply with relevant arrangements and are not allowed to leave the group without permission. 
   參加者必須遵照大會指示，出席一切安排之行程及活動，所有場合必須守時、守禮；並遵守有關安排，不得私自離團。

2. Priority will be given to eligible HKUST full-time current students who are Hong Kong Permanent Residents aged between 18 and 39.
   年齡介乎18至39歲且為香港永久居民的香港科技大學全日制在校學生將獲得優先考慮。
    

3. Participants must attend the pre-trip online briefing on 17 Nov 2026 from 15:00-15:30. 
   參加者須出席2026年11月17日 15:00-15:30 的線上團前簡介會。 
    

4. Participants must enter/exit Hong Kong, Mainland and other places with the group from Nov 26-27 2026, and are not allowed to leave early, join and quit midway. 
   參加者必須在2026年11月26-27日隨團進出香港，中國內地等地方，不得提早出發、中途加入、中途退出或延期逗留。
    

5. If a participant withdraws due to personal reasons, the deposit paid will not be refunded. Participants must attend the pre-trip briefing, learning trip, and other related activities and submit activity reports on time before the deposit of HK$500 will be refunded. 
   參加者如因個人理由退出，所繳之按金將不獲發還。參加者必須出席團前簡介會、考察團、其他相關活動及按時提交活動報告，方可退回按金港幣$500元正。
    

6. The medium of instruction including sharing by speakers, presentation materials will be mainly in Mandarin and Chinese. No translation service will be arranged. Thank you for your understanding. 
   主要的交流語言，包括演講者的分享和演講材料，將主要使用普通話和中文。敬請原諒。
