Jackson WONG
Founding Partner, Theo Quant Limited
Jackson Wong holds an MBA from HKUST Business School and a BA in Economics from Simon Fraser University. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2022, when his HKUST MBA experience inspired him to explore entrepreneurship and the future of digital finance more deeply. This later led him to start Theo Quant, a FinTech company focused on developing algorithmic trading systems and quantitative infrastructure for digital assets. At Theo Quant, Jackson combines over 15 years of experience in investment banking and equity capital markets with hands-on experience in digital assets and technology development. To further strengthen his academic and research foundation, he later undertook studies in Information Systems at HKUST. Jackson has also served as a lecturer at HKUST for the Master of Science in Information and Cyber Security Management programme, teaching cybersecurity with a focus on digital asset protection. Through his journey as an HKUST alumnus, founder, and lecturer, Jackson hopes to continue contributing to the HKUST entrepreneurship ecosystem and Hong Kong’s FinTech development.
