I am Jim Chim, Founder of BSV Technology Limited — a Hong Kong technology company built on the mission of "Build Something Valuable." I am an HKUST alumnus (BEng, Electronic and Computer Engineering), with prior experience at PCCW Global, China Telecom Global and YZ Intelligence AI, delivering enterprise technology solutions across Asia. My founder journey began with a problem I kept running into as a Hong Kong driver: parking information is fragmented, outdated, and rarely available when you actually need it. Rather than accept it as a daily inconvenience, I saw a mass-market product opportunity. In 2026, I validated the idea with a simple web prototype that grew to 300k+ visits and 70+ active users with zero paid acquisition — a clear signal of underserved demand. On that foundation, I incorporated BSV Technology Limited and built Parking Boy as our flagship product. As a founder, my focus is on applying AI and mobile technology to build practical products that create real value for both consumers and businesses.

BSV Technology Limited is a Hong Kong technology company building practical, AI-powered consumer products under the mission "Build Something Valuable." Our first product is Parking Boy, an AI-powered parking and driving companion app for Hong Kong drivers. Today, parking information is scattered across operators, malls, social media, and offline notices — leaving drivers to piece things together on the fly. Parking Boy centralizes and intelligently organizes this data, helping drivers find car parks, compare fees, discover free parking, check height limits, locate EV chargers, and more — all in one mobile experience. We validated demand with a web prototype that reached 300k+ visits and 70k+ active users before launch. Parking Boy has since been accepted into the AWS × HKSTP Ideation Program. Beyond Parking Boy, BSV Technology will continue to build AI-driven products that solve real problems for consumers and SMEs in Hong Kong and beyond.
