We’re proud to celebrate the successful completion of the HKUST Entrepreneurship 101 Training Program (Fall 2025) — a transformative 10-week journey that empowered 60 aspiring student entrepreneurs with the mindset, skills, and tools to turn ideas into action.

Through hands-on sessions, expert guidance, and real-world insights, students explored key pillars of entrepreneurship — from problem discovery and business modeling to IP, legal, marketing, pitching, and startup finance.

More than just a course, Entrepreneurship 101 is a launchpad — designed to take students from zero to one, equipping them to become confident innovators and future founders.

At the center of it all is the HKUST Entrepreneurship Center, whose mission is to cultivate the next generation of changemakers through education, mentorship, and community.

The program concluded with a final pitch day, where 9 teams showcased their ideas — each eligible for company incorporation support, thanks to the generosity of alumnus Alvin Lam.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible speakers and mentors — Prof. Carrie Hang-yin Ling, Prof. Erwin Huang, William Kwan Pauli Wong, Dillan Sum, Henry Chang, Alvin Lam, Prof. Joseph Koc, and Mike Lam — for your unwavering support and inspiration.

With continued guidance from the Entrepreneurship Center, these students are ready to build ventures that matter. This is just the beginning.
