The Technology Leaders of Tomorrow Programme aims to provide an exceptional full-time R&D career opportunity for science and engineering graduates in Hong Kong and nurture them to become the next generation of I&T leaders. Selected talents will start with a 6-week internship at HKSTP, 2-week leadership and innovative training, then take up a full-time R&D role at one of our top partner companies. This year, we have 16 leading partner companies offering 35 job positions to top STEM graduates.
