HackaDay which will be held on 24 November 2022 at Tai Kwun, Hong Kong.
This year, on top of our annual capture-the-flag competition, we are also introducing another track – a Hackathon competition which will be hosted online few weeks before the CTF competition physically held at Tai Kwun.
Brief introduction of the Hackathon competition
Students will have to form a team of 3 and create a self-service portal that will auto deploy a data lake architecture in cloud.
There should be an UI UX element that anyone without too much knowledge of cloud can easily define basic parameters to self-service the deployment, by providing their own account credentials and network/ storage requirements.
The deployment should make use of orchestration and automation through DevSecOps. And the deployed platform should be secure on day 1, and continuously.
Should you have any question about the Hackathon, please contact Mr. Daryl Li, PwC Cybersecurity and Privacy Partner at daryl.li@hk.pwc.com.
More details about the competition will be announced in due course. Please see the event timeline for reference:
