The purpose of this Award is to encourage participants to design, upcycle, and rebuild products and services. Participants can choose to participate with any existing products or services, and through design thinking, make it fit user needs and environmental requirements.
What is UPCYCLING?
Upcycling, also known as Creative Reuse, is the process of transforming by-products, waste, useless and unwanted products into new materials or products with better quality or environmental value.

The judging criteria will include aspects such as Sustainability, Marketability, Functionality, Creativity and Originality. Participants need to submit an online registration form, a 1-minute video showing the functionality and appearance of the product, and upload payment proof.
