Set Sail Software has been shortlisted in the Cyberport Incubation Programme

Congratulations to Set Sail Software, a startup company founded by HKUST Alumni, has successfully entered the Cyberport Incubation Programme with its product Chatbot.com.hk.  They also received the Technology Start-up Support Scheme for Universities (TSSSU) under the Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF).

Being a leading bot maker in Hong Kong, Set Sail Software offers an artificial intelligence platform for enterprise to build conversation robots, or in other words, chatbots, in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. These chatbots are able to talk naturally with customers across various platforms, including, WeChat, Messenger and other mobile applications. Having a huge client base, Set Sail Software provides services to prominent insurance companies, retail and consumer brands, real estate developers, as well as multinational conglomerates.

Jovian Ling, the co-founder of Set Sail Software, is giving big thanks to Cyberport and HKUST for the supporting. Encouraging the students in HKUST, ‘Whenever you want to give up, think about why you want to start,’ said Jovian.
