With an impressive trajectory that has navigated through the complexities of financial technologies and regulatory frameworks, my career took a decisive turn in 2016 when I leveraged my vast experience to venture into entrepreneurship. Having served as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where I managed a significant portfolio of global technology change programs, I gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of setting up and optimizing business and technology platforms across a multitude of Asian markets. My tenure in the corporate world equipped me with a keen understanding of cross-border business practices and the agility needed to drive growth within rigorous regulatory environments. This wealth of knowledge and experience culminated in the establishment of my business, Capital Crux/PFCC Group, a consulting firm dedicated to serving top-tier financial institutions in the Greater China area. The inception of my business was motivated by the recognition of a niche market opportunity: to facilitate foreign financial institutions in navigating the Chinese business landscape and to assist local Chinese financial entities in expanding their global footprint. In this entrepreneurial role, I have successfully managed to stabilize the startup, achieving sustained double-digit growth year over year, and proudly contributing to the launch of the first foreign-controlled securities company in China.
