HKUST teams have demonstrated outstanding performance at the 10th Hong Kong University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, receiving a total of 12 awards. This prestigious event, organized by the Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association, saw a record number of 470 projects from 21 tertiary institutions participating.
The HKUST teams excelled in both the "Innovation" and "Entrepreneurship" categories, showcasing a range of groundbreaking projects that addressed critical issues and proposed innovative solutions. The projects from HKUST included "Coastal Underwater Evidence Search System with Surface Underwater Collaboration" and "Fly X Creation: Next Generation Intelligent Flight Teach," both of which impressed the judges with their potential impact and won the First Prize in their categories.
