Jovian Ling cofounded Set Sail AI in 2015, a dominant AI Chatbot player in the Hong Kong market, expertly serving Hong Kong government departments and public service sectors. Jovian leads the business and operations of the Saas AI virtual human agents building platform. He helped more than 35 enterprise clients develop their own AI virtual human agents, including MTR, Lingnan University, HKTDC, CLP, IKEA, among others.With more than 9 years of experience as a Co-founder of Set Sail A.I., he is also an Angel Investor and a prominent figure in the startup community. Jovian graduated from Dual Degree of Technology & Management in Electronics Engineering and Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and held a Master's Degree in Philosophy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
