I spent the past 15 years working in the Middle East, leading business development, bidding, commercial and contract management at theoverseas branch of a Chinese SOE in Construction industry. Witnessing rapid global shifts and the acceleration of technological innovation, I sawgrowing momentum in Chinese enterprises going global—backed by strong capabilities in manufacturing and technology innovation. At the same time,the Middle East is emerging as a vibrant hub for innovation, offering tremendous opportunities especially supporting and promoting startups growth. In2025, I founded Zeta Squared Research & Strategy in Dubai, aiming to build a strategic local platform to bridge Chinese outbound businesses and theemerging Middle Eastern market. My goal is to help companies localize, adapt, and thrive through market knowledge, commercial expertise, and regionalnetworks.
