I’m Kushaj, co-founder of Cresento. I’ve been an athlete for most of my life, and growing up playing basketball I was obsessed with getting better. But Iconstantly felt a gap I couldn’t cross: teammates who could afford 1,600-dollar private coaching always seemed a step ahead, while I was trying to catchup on my own. That feeling of being “left behind” not because of effort, but because of access, never really left me. Cresento is my way of making sureother young athletes don’t go through the same thing — that no one’s potential is capped just because they weren’t given the opportunity to shine. At thesame time, I’ve always been entrepreneurial. I’ve helped build a tutoring agency, experimented with vending machine companies, website developmentagencies and generally looked for problems I could turn into products and systems. For me, entrepreneurship isn’t just about business; it’s aboutdesigning solutions that actually change someone’s day-to-day life. Cresento brings those two sides of me together: the athlete who never wants talentwasted, and the builder who loves solving hard problems. Now I’m focused on using technology to bring high-level performance insights to every seriousplayer, not just the ones who can pay for elite coaching.
