Dr. Liang obtained Ph.D. from the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, specializing in wireless communication and information theory. He has worked at HKUST, involved in the design of new engineering education courses and served as the instructor for the Design Thinking and Quantitative Engineering Analysis course. In 2020, He was the first employee with the establishment of the Hong Kong Center for Construction Robotics (HKCRC). He is in charge of the Operation and Research & Development of HKCRC.
