I became a founder after more than two decades of building businesses and leading international growth across the technology, security, and education sectors. Throughout my career, I worked with Chinese companies to expand beyond domestic markets, develop overseas partnerships, and turn local strengths into global opportunities. These experiences shaped my belief that many promising ventures need not only great products, but also the right strategy, structure, and global mindset to succeed internationally. Before founding my own companies, I held senior leadership roles at organizations such as Huawei, Citrix and uCloudlink, where I were responsible for global business development, regional growth, and international strategy. Over time, I realized that I could create greater impact by building platforms of his own. That led me to found Kenable Training, which helps startups and professionals grow through practical business knowledge, and later Kelly’s Education, an online education platform that scaled rapidly and was eventually acquired by QuantaSing, a Nasdaq-listed company. Today, I continue to build businesses that connect innovation, education, and global expansion. My journey as a founder reflects a clear purpose: to help others grow, scale, and succeed internationally.

Our goal is to make business knowledge more accessible, actionable, and relevant to the challenges people face every day. With Q-Catch, our focus is to help Chinese startup ventures expand globally. We understand that many promising companies have strong products and ideas, but need the right support to enter overseas markets successfully. Q-Catch was created to bridge that gap by offering guidance, connections, and business development support for international growth. More recently, we established mAIp as our mother company to bring both Kenable Training and Q-Catch under one umbrella. mAIp also supports AI outsourcing work, reflecting our belief that technology and innovation should be used to help businesses operate smarter and scale faster. Together, these brands represent our commitment to training, growth, and global opportunity.
