Co-Founder, Eco-Reeflink Limited
With a background in Global Marine Resources Management and years of hands-on experience in science communication, I have always been driven by a single question: How can we make our oceans both healthy and productive? My journey as a founder began in early 2025. While working closely with local fishers at Life Jungle, I witnessed the "race to the bottom" in traditional mariculture—where declining water quality and rising costs were destroying both marine life and livelihoods. I realized that the industry didn't need more reports; it needed a scalable, nature-based solution. This led me to found Eco-Reeflink, where we upcycle seafood waste into patented reef systems that restore farm ecosystems and transform farmed fish into premium, "wild- grade" products. But I wanted to go further. I saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between conservation and commerce by turning reef restoration into an immersive, revenue-generating experience. Today, I lead Eco-Reeflink in partnering with dive resorts and ESG sponsors to bring coral reefs back to life across the Asia-Pacific. My mission is to prove that protecting our blue planet isn't just a cost—it’s the most powerful foundation for a thriving, high-value future.
Company Description
Eco-Reeflink Limited is an aquaculture technology startup based in Hong Kong developing patented modular reef panel systems that naturally enhance farmed fish quality to wild-caught standards. Our upcycled bio-coating technology increases marine biodiversity by 20+ species and biomass by 2–4x within fish farm cages, reducing feed dependency while improving fish nutrition. We operate a full value-chain solution spanning hardware deployment, OyReef Verified certification, and premium market access — connecting verified farms with top-tier restaurants and retailers across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Beyond aquaculture, Eco-Reeflink Limited drives marine ecosystem restoration by deploying reef systems for coral growth and biodiversity recovery, partnering with dive shops, resorts, conservation organization, and corporate ESG sponsors — turning reef restoration into a sustainable, revenue-generating experience across Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region.
