The HKUST Entrepreneurship Center is delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of HKUST students at the BOCHK Challenge 2026 Student Stream, where HKUST teams secured 3 of the 6 finalist positions, demonstrating the University’s strength in innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Team Asuka emerged as the top-performing team in the Student Stream, receiving the Gold Award for Innovative Design, Greatest Team Presentation Award, and Most Popular Innovation Star Award.
Their solution, BRIDGE, leverages AI to streamline trade finance processes for SMEs by helping customers improve documentation quality, enhancing approval efficiency for BOCHK while supporting business growth and risk management.

Team The Peak received the Bronze Award for Innovative Design for WarmPath, a trusted knowledge graph that integrates 35 years of Hong Kong public data to enable faster identity verification, relationship discovery, risk detection, and cross-border business opportunities. The team was formed by SBM students Sherine Chrispeels and Gaurika Shukla.
Congratulations also to Team Jockey Consulting for advancing to the finals and representing HKUST among the competition’s top student innovators.
