Job Requirement:

1, Act as the point of contact for all employees, provide administrative support and
managing their queries;
2, Handle regular financial and administrative reports, organize company
records/documents;
3, Manage office/manufacturing supplies stock and place orders;
4, Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments;
5, Arrange travel and accommodations.

Working hours:

40 hours per week

Salary:

$16,000.
