Launched in January 2016 in Hong Kong, OnTheList was born out of a shared passion for fashion, luxury and good deals. Disenchanted by the bazaar sales in Hong Kong, Delphine and Diego set out to offer a pleasant Flash Sales experience for everyone. By combining the best deals and attractive brands, OnTheList provides the best shopping experience.

In 3 years, we have reached over 170K members in Hong Kong which are solely invited by emailed QR code to a specific location within a 3 or 4-days event. OnTheList collaborates with inspired brands such as Marc by Marc Jacobs, Ted Baker, Dr. Martens, Kenzo, Clarins to mention few. This year we’ve significantly boosted our online business with weekly flash sales and successfully launched our first flash sales in Singapore. We’re quickly growing the team, come & meet us!

Job Description:You are passionate about retail and you are ready to set up in a demanding and rewarding work environment. Being part of the floor team, you will ensure timely operations deliveries for all OnTheList Flash Sales.

• Support the full time floor team on operational execution, to make sure all Flash Sales events go as smoothly as possible and are executed according to planning (set up, delivery, inventory, repacking, premium events) and help the team to implement innovative store initiatives
• Ensure to deliver exceptional customer service to boost sales and member experience, as well as an impeccable image for our Brands with appealing visual merchandising and a neat clean store environment at all times
• Take responsibility for your projects; sharing responsibilities, communicating clearly, setting deadlines and demonstrating results
• Join the weekly meeting with the office team and our co-founders to share recommendations and get a great understanding of our business operations
• Assist our Operation Team on all the events
