Job Descriptions/ Requirements

• Manage and nurture our portfolio of client accounts. 
• Work cross-functionally with the team to deliver for our customers. 
• Host and lead strategy and planning meetings with clients and in-house teams regularly. 
• Meet potential clients and prepare proposals adhering to our company’s offering and standards. 
• Set goals and define KPIs for different development stages for clients and projects. 
• Generate solid growth ideas and suggestions for clients and internal team. 
• Produce high quality educational content assets in the form of articles, videos and also offline seminars and workshops. 
• Perform as speaker on certain areas of online marketing at our workshops. Formulate quarterly plan and milestones for the areas that you own. 
• Understand and collect client requirements for product development. 
• Support in our product lead acquisition and activation activities. 
• Source additional resources to take our service and product portfolio to the next level.
