Job Description

• Responsible for supporting the deployment, maintenance and monitoring on existing systems of related project
• Assist in technical hardware/software operational support such as installation, maintenance and testing
• Assist in performing and maintaining daily IT operations including but not limited to network and hardware support
• Troubleshoot and perform administration of network and email systems
• Communication with vendors for specifications and delivery
• Prepare technical documents and reports, implementation proposals and user manual
• Provide professional IT ad-hoc duties as required

Required Skill / Experience

• Degree Holder in Computing or related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support or related fields
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior IT Support Engineer
• Experiences in desktop/system support, including Windows and Linux
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Sensational analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
