- Implement prototypes to test new ideas and algorithms
- Responsible for researching and developing new algorithms and methodologies for improving data pre- and pro-processing, machine learning models and model deployment
- Conduct model construction, fine-tuning, performance evaluation and testing
- Hands-on practitioner in introducing cutting-edge research into practical solutions and product development

Required Skill / Experience
|
- Master / PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related technical field with a strong expertise in Machine Learning, in particular, Deep Learning
- 1+ years of industry or academia experience in research or advanced R&D
- Good programming and debugging skills in Python
- Experience in machine learning libraries / tools such as Keras, TensorFlow, etc.
- Demonstrate a strong research and development track record
- Have in-depth knowledge in areas including machine learning, big data analytics, and end-to-end model development
- Able to resolve ambiguity and technical issues
- Passionate about exploring and learning new technologies
- Work with product development team to uncover customer needs and aspiration
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Machine Learning Engineer
