Mastering Business Plan and Business Model Canvas Workshop

In this workshop, you will learn how to create a comprehensive business plan with essential elements for better communication with investors.  We will also include the use of Business Model Canvas (BMC), a strategic management tool to quickly and easily define and communicate a business idea or concept. It is a one-page document that works through the fundamental elements of a business venture or product, structuring an idea in a coherent way. We will unpack the what, why and how of the BMC to set up your business blueprint.

About the speaker – Marina Chan

Marina designs and leads learning experiences on innovation and technology entrepreneurship for corporates, universities, and high schools with a focus on integrating global challenges. Through the venture creation process, she has trained and supported science entrepreneurs to formulate ideas from concept to a viable business plan. 

Her career background spans investment banking, telecoms, and social entrepreneurship. Marina is a CFA charterholder and holds a master’s degree in education from Harvard University. She serves on the board with the Hong Kong Red Cross and is a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
