I've always been deeply passionate about addressing climate change, especially after experiencing the adverse effects of air pollution firsthand. This led me to study biotechnology, where I became fascinated with the potential of nature, particularly algae, to help mitigate environmental issues. In my final year, this interest culminated in a project exploring algae technology, which not only won the President's Cup at HKUST but also solidified my resolve to pursue this path further. By late 2021, fueled by a vision to harness the power of algae for sustainable solutions, I took the leap to transform this passion project into a serious venture. This journey marked the beginning of my role as a founder, driven by a commitment to leverage biotechnology for environmental restoration and carbon reduction. My academic background and personal experiences have been instrumental in shaping this endeavor, guiding me toward innovative solutions for a greener future.
