As an alumnus of MSc in Global Operations, I started my career in the venture capital industry right after graduating from the HKUST Business School in 2017. This is when I had the opportunity of getting in touch with so many great entrepreneurs and watching how they build exceptional products/ services on the investor side. I enjoyed my job so much while feeling the excitement of building something from scratch but also gradually realized that only riding shotgun won't make me good as a driver. Later in 2020, I quit my job to answer the calling. I then started Mishkan with my co-founder and sister, Whitney, by the time she graduated from CUHK Business School.

Mishkan is a software as a service (SaaS) startup building a artist-centric, omni-channel social customer relationship management (CRM) that empowers entertainment companies to better manage artist online presence, get to know their followers, and utilize their followers’ data. Its solution automatically aggregates and analyzes the data of artist online presence adopting web scraping and deep learning techniques. Mishkan connects data insights with clients’ social marketing strategies to help improve the effectiveness of the social marketing campaigns. The company aspires to make data-driven artist management possible for every entertainment companies.
