Remarks for Participants 參加者備註

1. Participants must follow the instructions of the organizer and attend all scheduled itineraries and activities. Participants must be punctual and polite on all occasions. They must also comply with relevant arrangements and are not allowed to leave the group without permission. 參加者必須遵照大會指示，出席一切安排之行程及活動，所有場合必須守時、守禮；並遵守有關安排，不得私自離團。
2. Participants must attend the pre-trip briefing on June 18, 2025 from 15:00-16:00. 參加者須出席2025年6月18日 15:00-16:00 的團前簡介會。
3. Participants must enter/exit Hong Kong, China and other places with the group from June 24 2025, and are not allowed to leave early and quit midway. 參加者必須在2025年6月24日隨團進出香港，中國等地方，不得提早出發、中途退出或延期逗留。
4. The organizer will purchase travel insurance for each participant. All casualties and losses incurred by participants during the trip will be handled by the insurance company in accordance with the terms. Participants can also purchase additional travel insurance on their own, and it is recommended to send the policy to the organizer for records. 主辦機構將為每一位參加者購買旅遊保險，參加者在行程內之一切傷亡損失，均交由保險公司依條款處理。參加者亦可自行額外購買旅遊保險，並建議將保單發送至主辦機構作紀錄。
5. If a participant withdraws due to personal reasons, the deposit paid will not be refunded. Participants must attend the pre-trip briefing, learing trip, and other related activities and submit activity reports on time before the deposit of HK$500 will be refunded.
   參加者如因個人理由退出，所繳之按金將不獲發還。參加者必須出席團前簡介會、考察團、其他相關活動及按時提交活動報告，方可退回按金港幣$500元正。
    
6. The medium of instruction including sharing by speakers, presentation materials will be mainly in Mandarin and Chinese. No translation service will be arranged. Thank you for your understanding.
