Naman Tekriwal graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, pursuing a degree in Management and Marketing. An enthusiastic, highly motivated, and dynamic 24-year-old, Naman has been an impact entrepreneur, starting his first venture at the age of 13 to promote financial literacy among high school students. Naman is currently working on building Breer in Hong Kong, a food up-cycling startup converting surplus bread into craft beer, which is now expanding presence to Singapore and Indian markets. He has also launched What You Building (WYB?), a community to foster entrepreneurship in Hong Kong and a founder-first venture studio, Orange Juice Ventures to support young entrepreneurs. Owing to his entrepreneurial achievements, Naman was recognized as one of the youngest honourees on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia List in 2023.

Breer is a food up-cycling startup that is focused on the mission of saving the world and reducing and eliminating food wastage by collecting surplus bread and other raw materials to brew premium quality local craft beer and non-alcoholic beverages such as kombucha, sparkling juices, etc. Breer introduces a novel taste of beverages into the Asian market while remonetizing otherwise wasted resources. Breer aims to serve the ask of SDG#12 and SDG#13 by promoting sustainable drinking across Hong Kong while involving Hong Kong’s community to take a part in this food upcycling revolution.
