Alvin is the founder of PacificLink Group, a renowned digital agency established in 1998. The agency provides web, mobile, and social media services to leading brands like Adidas, Estee Lauder, Citibank, and Ocean Park. With over 300 employees and numerous creative awards, PacificLink was acquired by Accenture in 2015. Alvin's entrepreneurial stories have been featured in Harvard Business Reviews and are widely taught in MBA and EMBA programs.
Alvin has received several prestigious awards, including the Outstanding ICT Achiever Award in 2012, the Top Outstanding Designer Award in 2015, and the Capital CEO of the Year in 2017.
Since establishing the T12M Venture Fund in 2016, Alvin has been advising startups on sustainable scaling through his expertise in digital marketing, growth hacking, and M&A strategies. Alvin is a sought-after guest lecturer, speaker, and judge at digital and startup events.
